AWe develop molds and molded products for Medical & Healthcare, Optical & Lighting, Automotive, Electronics & IoT, Consumer Cosmetics, and Food/Pharmaceutical Packaging. We specialize in nano-precision optical lenses, lab culture consumables, auto lamp parts, wearable electronic housings and cosmetic packaging.

AOur equipment supports ultra-precision machining up to ±0.001mm. For optical nano molds, the precision can reach 0.000001mm, fully meeting strict requirements of mobile, vehicle and medical lens components.

AWe adopt two-shift production mode. Prototype molds can be finished within 15 days, while formal mass-production molds take 25–35 days. Our on-time delivery rate is over 95%.

AYes. We have a 12,000 sqm factory integrating CAD/CAM design, CNC precision machining, EDM, mirror polishing, injection molding and full quality inspection. All processes are completed in our own workshop without outsourcing.

AWe follow standardized full-process QC. Equipped with Hexagon & Zeiss CMM, Easson vision measuring machines and TESA height gauges. Our core quality indicators: defect rate <2%, rework rate <0.8%, target customer satisfaction 100%.

AOur injection equipment ranges from 50T to 500T, including Nissei, Chen Hsong and Haitian electric molding machines. We support small-batch prototype testing and large-volume mass production of plastic parts.
