DFM Structural Analysis
We receive client product drawings or prototypes and conduct comprehensive DFM review covering mold feasibility, demolding, shrinkage, wall thickness, production cost, and injection defect prediction to eliminate mass production risks in advance.
3D Mold Design
We use UG full 3D standardized layer mold design with unified part naming conventions, delivering complete 3D/2D engineering drawings for cavity inserts, plates, and standard components.
Mold Flow Simulation
We perform mold flow, cooling, warpage, and stress simulation analysis to optimize gate, cooling channel, and venting design — reducing trial shot iterations and ensuring dimensional and appearance consistency.
Precision Mold Machining
Imported YASDA, Makino, and Yixin high-speed CNC, Sodick/Makino precision EDM, Moore jig grinder, and precision surface grinders complete cavity and plate machining with 0.001~0.005mm precision.
Mirror Nano Polishing
Our dedicated polishing workshop delivers standard mirror, high-gloss mirror, and nano-level optical mirror polishing. Optical mold mirror finish reaches 0.000001mm nano precision with no orange peel, scratches, or waviness defects.
Mold Assembly & Trial
Standardized mold assembly with multiple trial shot adjustments, full dimensional inspection using CMM, 2.5D measuring instruments, and height gauges. A complete trial report is issued before delivery of the production-ready mold.
