Precision Injection Molded Parts
High-precision injection molded components manufactured with tight tolerances and premium-grade materials. Ideal for automotive, medical, electronics, packaging, and industrial applications. Custom mold design, rapid prototyping, and volume production available.
Product Overview
Consistent component supply starts with a clear definition of fit and acceptance. JingZhan reviews custom tooling and moulding against the customer’s drawing, focusing inspection on the interfaces that matter to the assembly rather than a universal precision claim. DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING Separate functional dimensions from general tolerances. Agree datums, conditioning and measurement methods so quotation and inspection use the same acceptance basis. Review gates, vents, wall transitions and release direction. Use trials to assess distortion and assembly fit before approving repeat production. Link the drawing revision, resin grade and approved samples to each order. Agree how tooling maintenance, cavity identification and material changes are recorded for later batches. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS PRODUCTION AND REPEAT SUPPLY Company equipment records include 50–500-tonne thermoplastic moulding machines, CNC and EDM tooling resources, CMM and optical measurement equipment. Press selection follows resin, shot volume, projected area and tool layout. Equipment figures do not establish a common tolerance for every part. Repeat orders follow the approved drawing, resin or compound specification, reference samples and inspection plan. Agree batch identification, cavity tracking where needed, protective packing and change approval. Customer qualification and any special documentation are scoped before release. Tooling investment is quoted separately from the piece price. Share annual demand and release quantities so cavity count, procurement and batch cost can be reviewed together. RELATED APPLICATIONS Custom fasteners, supports and housing interfaces for automotive and industrial assemblies. Small functional mouldings supplied to an approved drawing and sample. Photographs show company component examples, not interchangeable catalogue items. Application suitability and any safety, durability or environmental performance must be confirmed for the customer’s design and test plan. Discuss your drawing and supply requirements.
