Precision Injection Molded Parts
High-precision injection molded components manufactured with tight tolerances and premium-grade materials. Ideal for automotive, medical, electronics, packaging, and industrial applications. Custom mold design, rapid prototyping, and volume production available.
Product Overview
JingZhan develops custom plastic components from drawing review and mould development through trial approval and repeat supply. Projects can combine housings, containers, covers, brackets and related assembly parts. The manufacturing plan connects the functional interfaces with the resin, tool construction and agreed acceptance criteria rather than applying one specification to every part. DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING Provide CAD, critical datums and mating-part information. Identify fastening, locating, sealing or moving interfaces, and confirm which features control the completed assembly. Assess wall transitions, ribs, bosses, gates, venting and demoulding direction. Resolve foreseeable sink, distortion or weak-feature risks before the tool design is approved. Review the selected resin against temperature, loading, chemicals, appearance and processing requirements. Confirm the material grade, colour and surface baseline before releasing samples. Define drawing tolerances and suitable checking fixtures for critical features. Confirm cosmetic viewing conditions and any assembly or leak-test scope using representative parts and agreed methods. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS PRODUCTION AND REPEAT SUPPLY The proposed route combines CNC/EDM mouldmaking, appropriate insert finishing and injection moulding. JingZhan's equipment list includes Nissei, Chen Hsong and Haitian moulding presses across different machine sizes, plus machining and dimensional/vision inspection resources. Press selection follows the actual shot volume, projected area, tool and resin rather than a fixed machine assignment. Approve the drawing revision, resin, sample and inspection plan before repeat release. Define startup checks and in-process sampling for the agreed features. Record relevant maintenance and review material, insert or process changes so subsequent orders remain tied to an approved baseline. Tooling investment is quoted separately from the piece price. Share annual demand and release quantities so cavity count, procurement and batch cost can be reviewed together. RELATED APPLICATIONS Medical-equipment and laboratory-component development with a separately defined qualification scope. Optical, electronics and industrial housings requiring controlled interfaces and appearance. Custom brackets, covers and container components supplied as individual parts or coordinated sets. The photographs show different custom component examples. Performance, dimensions and any application-specific approval are defined for each drawing and final assembly, not shared automatically across the pictured range. Discuss your drawing and supply requirements. Send CAD, resin preference, critical features, annual demand and release quantity.
