Features to review before tooling

The body shape, opening and closure interface should be defined on the drawing. For transparent parts, the visible surface standard and any handling protection are also relevant; suitability for a laboratory application depends on the selected material and project requirements.

Tooling and sample review

A trial plan can check filling, release, dimensions, appearance and fit with the specified cap or mating part. Any sterility, chemical compatibility or biological test must be specified and verified for the actual application.
