Moulding Clear Optical Components for Imaging Assemblies
The brochure shows several clear optical components from different angles. Flat faces, curved surfaces and locating features illustrate how optical and mechanical requirements can coexist in a small part.

Features to review before tooling
A drawing-led review should distinguish functional optical faces from clamping or locating surfaces. Resin, surface condition, gate location and protection during handling should be agreed with the optical and assembly requirements.

Tooling and sample review
Trial samples can be assessed for profile, visible defects and mounting fit. Any transmission, image-quality or other optical performance value requires a defined test method and should not be inferred from these photographs.
