These automotive dashboard and interior trim panels are engineered for center-stack frames, instrument housings and visible interior cover panels, from early DFM review through repeat production. CAD geometry is evaluated together with mating parts and production volume so the mold supports both validation and repeat manufacturing.

During DFM and mold development, particular attention is given to appearance-class surfaces with controlled texture, stable gaps and flushness at surrounding trim, and reinforced bosses and clips with low warpage.
