General Equipment Injection Molded Components
Custom injection-molded housings, guards, handles, brackets, seals, mounting parts and functional components for industrial machinery and general equipment. JingZhan supports DFM, tooling development, material selection, prototypes and stable volume production.
Product Overview
JingZhan supports custom mould development and plastic component supply for equipment manufacturers. Part drawings, service conditions and planned demand guide the manufacturing review, while trial samples establish the agreed dimensional, cosmetic and assembly requirements. DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING Provide CAD, drawings, mating parts and annual demand. Identify critical features, cosmetic zones and the required records before quotation and tool-design approval. Assess filling, cooling, venting and release for the actual geometry. Review cavity count, tool actions and maintenance access against the expected production programme. Combine first-article results with fit checks against representative counterparts. Record accepted corrections, samples and material specifications before establishing the repeat-order baseline. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS PRODUCTION AND REPEAT SUPPLY Company equipment records include 50–500-tonne thermoplastic moulding machines, CNC and EDM tooling resources, CMM and optical measurement equipment. Press selection follows resin, shot volume, projected area and tool layout. Equipment figures do not establish a common tolerance for every part. Repeat orders follow the approved drawing, material grade, reference samples and inspection plan. Agree lot identification, cavity tracking where needed, protective packing and change approval. Any special processing, qualification or documentation is scoped before release. Tooling investment is quoted separately from the piece price. Share annual demand and release quantities so cavity count, procurement and batch cost can be reviewed together. RELATED APPLICATIONS Custom moulded equipment housings, supports and interface components. Industrial assemblies requiring drawing-based tooling and repeat part supply. Photographs show company component examples, not interchangeable catalogue items. Application suitability and any safety, durability or environmental performance must be confirmed for the customer’s design and test plan. Discuss your drawing and supply requirements. Send CAD, resin preference, critical features, annual demand and release quantity. Contact our engineering team →General equipment components supplied from tooling review to repeat orders
