Filter Injection Molded Components
Custom injection-molded frames, cores, end caps, connectors and sealing structures for fluid and air filtration assemblies. JingZhan supports DFM, mold development, material selection, prototyping and volume production for components designed around flow performance, fit and reliable assembly.
Product Overview
JingZhan supports custom plastic filter frames, cartridge supports, caps and related assembly parts from DFM review through repeat supply. Reviewing the component set together helps connect the medium, housing and end interfaces before tooling is released. Each part is supplied to its approved drawing and scope, rather than a common specification applied to every pictured component. DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING Identify the part numbers, mating pieces, medium and assembly sequence. Define which features support the medium, locate the cartridge or close the housing so each part receives the appropriate drawing and acceptance criteria. Provide engagement, thread, gasket and end-face information where relevant. Agree fit checks using representative mating parts and specify any assembly tests, including their conditions and acceptance criteria. Review the actual fluid, temperature, loading, cleaning and joining method with the selected grade. Confirm colour, material identification and any allowed changes before approving tooling trials. Assess wall transitions, ribs, slender sections, gates and demoulding during DFM. Define critical dimensions, visual limits, checking fixtures and cavity identification where required for consistent repeat batches. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS PRODUCTION AND REPEAT SUPPLY The proposed route combines CNC/EDM toolmaking and injection moulding with feature-appropriate checks. JingZhan's equipment list includes machining, EDM, moulding and dimensional/vision inspection resources. Tool and press selection follow the actual geometry and resin. Insert work, secondary joining or assembly is defined separately where required, not assumed for every pictured example. Approve component revisions, resin grades, mating samples and packing before regular releases. Keep identification and order quantities aligned for coordinated parts. Record tool repairs and review changes affecting support, engagement or sealing features before supplying subsequent batches. Tooling investment is quoted separately from the piece price. Share annual demand and release quantities so cavity count, procurement and batch cost can be reviewed together. RELATED APPLICATIONS Plastic component development for customer-designed industrial fluid-filtration systems. Filter support and cartridge assemblies coordinated with specified media and housings. Related round caps and end components for custom fluid-system assembly projects, with application-specific qualification. The pictured components have different geometries and functions. Micron rating, efficiency, pressure drop, flow capacity and durability require the specified filter medium and complete assembly; they are not guaranteed by the plastic part's appearance. Non-plastic items are supplied only within an agreed quotation scope. Discuss your drawing and supply requirements. Send CAD, resin preference, critical features, annual demand and release quantity.
