Precision Injection Molded Parts
High-precision injection molded components manufactured with tight tolerances and premium-grade materials. Ideal for automotive, medical, electronics, packaging, and industrial applications. Custom mold design, rapid prototyping, and volume production available.
Product Overview
Precision injection-moulded parts need a clear definition of fit, appearance and inspection. JingZhan supports custom tool development and repeat moulding for structural and functional components, with tolerances reviewed against the specific resin and geometry rather than a blanket accuracy claim. DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING Mark the dimensions that control assembly or function. Agree datums, conditioning and measurement methods before quotation so the inspection plan matches the part’s intended use. Review wall transitions, gates, vents and release direction. Use trials to check distortion, short shots and surface marks against the actual component requirements. Confirm the drawing revision, material grade and reference samples before repeat release. Review material, tooling or process changes against the same acceptance requirements. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS PRODUCTION AND REPEAT SUPPLY The supplied company equipment inventory includes 50–500-tonne moulding machines, CNC and EDM tooling resources, plus CMM and optical measurement equipment. Press selection depends on shot volume, projected area, resin and cavity layout. Equipment capability does not establish one tolerance for every moulded feature. Repeat supply should follow the approved drawing, resin grade, reference samples and inspection plan. Agree material-lot identification, cavity tracking where required, packaging and change approval. Plan tool maintenance and releases around actual demand so later batches remain comparable to the approved baseline. Tooling investment is quoted separately from the piece price. Share annual demand and release quantities so cavity count, procurement and batch cost can be reviewed together. RELATED APPLICATIONS Custom structural and functional components for electronic and industrial equipment. Small moulded supports, covers and interfaces requiring repeatable assembly fit. Photographs show company-manufactured component examples, not standard products with shared specifications. Electrical, flame, optical, environmental or other performance claims require grade documentation and project-specific validation. Discuss your drawing and supply requirements.
