Product Overview

Moulded sensor components built around the complete assembly

JingZhan supports custom injection-moulded covers, bases, retaining rings and related parts for sensor assemblies. Reviewing the component set together helps connect internal positioning, enclosure fit and repeat-order requirements before tooling is released. The photographs show plastic and mating-component examples, not a standard finished sensor offered with one shared performance specification.

DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING

Key processing requirements

Review internal positioning and clearances

Supply the PCB, sensing element, cable and mating-part data where relevant. Define supports, locating datums and assembly clearances so moulded features position components without unintended interference.

Coordinate rims, rings and seals

Review the cover, base, retaining features and any seal interface as a set. Agree closure, retention and leak-test requirements using the actual assembly. The presence of a seal or ring in a photograph does not establish an ingress rating.

Select the resin for actual service

Match the approved grade to stiffness, dimensional stability, temperature and chemical exposure. Define colour, transparency or any electrical-performance requirement separately, with an appropriate test and acceptance scope.

Plan stable multi-cavity production

Review wall balance, filling, cooling and demoulding around bosses, clips and slender features. Set cavity identification and agreed dimensional/appearance checks where needed to keep repeat batches on an approved baseline.

PRODUCTION AND REPEAT SUPPLY

Equipment, lead time and order planning

JingZhan's listed CNC/EDM toolroom, injection-moulding presses and dimensional/vision inspection equipment provide process options for different housing geometries. The quotation defines the route for each part and selects a press for the resin, shot volume and tool. Electronics integration, sealing operations, calibration and functional sensor testing must be separately scoped if required.

Indicative planning only. Final MOQ and lead time are confirmed for the project.
Planning item Basis for quotation
DFM review Indicative 3–5 working days after complete drawings and requirements.
New tooling Indicative 4–8 weeks to first mould trial after tool-design approval and commercial release; corrections and customer validation are additional.
Order quantities Initial quotation-planning basis: a 500-piece pilot or 1,000-piece repeat batch per part number, resin and colour, subject to project quotation.
Repeat orders Indicative 10–15 working days after materials and the production slot are confirmed. Customer qualification, special processing and transit are additional.

Keep repeat orders on an approved baseline

Approve the component revisions, resin, samples and inspection plan before regular supply. Keep identification and release quantities aligned for coordinated parts. Record relevant repairs and review changes affecting mounting, retention or sealing interfaces before the next production batch is released.

Tooling investment is quoted separately from the piece price. Share annual demand and release quantities so cavity count, procurement and batch cost can be reviewed together.
